Trailer for CW Network’s “Arrow” Series

After the success of “Smallville”, the CW Network is going the comic book route again by green-lighting a new series based off the Green Arrow character, to be called Arrow.  Even though I’m a big comic book fan, I never watched “Smallville”.  Especially when there was hardly any of the action I’ve come to love from my comics.  Plus Superman isn’t a compelling character to me.

Now Green Arrow on the other hand, I’ll watch.  Especially with the trailer below displaying his cool training techniques.  Someone on Twitter compared the trailer to “The Dark Knight”.  That comparison seems to fit, especially with the ominous music playing in the background.  Also, the cost to produce good action sequences for Arrow shouldn’t cost as much as for Superman.
