Marvel Debuts “The Avengers” Movie Trailer!

So after a short teaser trailer following the credits in Captain America:  The First Avenger, Marvel has finally released a new complete trailer for 2012’s The Avengers.

Starring Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, The Hulk, Nick Fury, Black Widow and Hawkeye, a team is assembled to take on a threat that none of them alone can face.  I honestly never thought I’d see this day finally come, but with each leaked footage and now a complete trailer, May 2012 can’t come soon enough!

I was talking with a friend on Twitter after the trailer was released and he mentioned how he would be at the midnight viewing for The Avengers.  As much as I love comic book/sci-fi/action movies, I’ve never once gone to a midnight viewing.  I think I’ll make The Avengers my coming-out party for midnight shows.  What better movie to have be my first than this one?
