What I dug: The rare glimpse at adolescent Anakin and his dealing with primal/feral creatures. His attempt at dealing with hostile creatures reminds me of young Ezrah from Star Wars Rebel.

What I dug: Bombshell and Ganke are in 616, it’s great that some of his supporting cast survived Secret Wars. The return and redesign of Blackheart by Pichelli was welcomed.

What I dug: The update of Connor’s backstory and Gwen’s role in Peter’s civilian life. I love the way Bradshaw draws creatures!

What I dug: The Avengers playing Good Cop/Bad Cop and the reason for Nate to remain in the present. It’s a pleasure to see Carlos Pacheco’s art.

What I dug: The return of Fantomex, Xorn, and Triage.

What I dug: The reenactment of the classic Charlie Brown football gag and Vision engaging in quality time with his kids.
What I don’t fancy: How the chips are stacked so high against Vision and his family. Hopefully they aren’t throwaway characters!

X-Men – Worst Ever No. 5
What I dug: How an unknown villain triumphed where more established villains like Magneto & company failed. I also loved how a nobody like Bailey won when it counted the most.
What I don’t fancy: No more Bailey, Miranda or Rags & Riches. They were interesting characters!
