Right before kickoff of the ESPN Monday Night Football game between the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions, Bears defensive tackle Anthony Adams gathered the team together to give an “inspirational dance routine”.

Nice technique and form I must say.  I don’t know about you but I’m pumped!  WHO’S READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?!?!
