ALL-NEW, ALL-DIFFERENT MARVEL Previews

Marvel has officially released their All-New, All-Different Marvel Preview magazine. Originally slated to be available in physical comic book stores, it is also downloadable from Marvel’s website.

The preview magazine highlights around 45 new #1’s coming this fall. Some we already knew about, like Invincible Iron Man and All-New, All-Different Avengers. Others, like the new X-Men line consisting of Extraordinary X-Men, All-New X-Men, and Uncanny X-Men X-Men are brand new.

There should be around 10+ more titles to come, to reach that 55-60 number that was promoted beforehand.

While this is an exciting time for Marvel fans, I can’t help but wish this new relaunch of the Marvel universe also brought with it a diverse lineup of creators. With stalwarts Jonathan Hickman, Kieron Gillen, Rick Remender, and Kelly Sue DeConnick either leaving or taking a break from Marvel, this is the perfect time to introduce new creative blood. Instead, it is more of the same recycled names. Some even doing two or more books. We do appreciate the diversity among the characters on the page, but it is also time that the people behind the scenes are well represented.
