MARVEL & ABC NEWS PRESENT “MARVEL’S CIVIL WAR II LIVESTREAM”

When I first read the press release for Marvel and ABC News’ Civil War II livestream today, I thought the discussion would be on the final issue (which is actually Civil War II #8) and how silly it is to talk about a comic that isn’t in stores yet. Turns out it’s dealing with Civil War II #7, so I get to save my rant for another time.

This is the first I’ve heard of these Civil War II livestreams, and apparently, they’ve been taking place for each issue. As a video podcaster, I appreciate this type of forum to discuss the ramifications from a comic book event. William Bruce West (a friend of the site) always points out how Marvel makes sure to use its Director of Content Development, Sana Amanat, in these public speaking roles and she knocks them out of the park each time.
