Pick of the Week:

Kill 6 Billion Demons, Book 1 caught me by surprise. The level of detail put into the characters and their world is astounding. A multiverse filled with 77,777 universe. The Seven are interesting villains.

Nightwing No. 4 cements the fact that Raptor is the perfect foil for Grayson.  The villain reminded me of the splicer villain from Batman Beyond.

Nowhere Men No. 11 showcased more of the infected and their mutation.  Dr. Queen’s progress and evolution are amazing.

Paper Girls No. 9 reveals the origins of future Erin & her world.

Worth the read:

All New All Different Avengers No. 14 pretty much shows why Wasp II is the perfect legacy character.

Aquaman No. 6 would have made more sense if it was pre-Nu52.

Batman No. 6 fleshed out Gotham Girl & showed Bruce’s softer side.

Cyborg – Rebirth No. 1 had an unexpected remix of Victor Stone.

Deadpool & The Mercs for Money No. 3

Doctor Strange No. 11 show Stephen by way of John Constantine.

Faster Than Light No. 10 continues to be what Star Trek should be.

Green Arrow No. 6 sheds some light on Emiko’s past & motivation.

Harley Quinn No. 3 continues the PG-13 Animaniacs vibe.

Justice League No. 4 had an unexpected ending.

Moon Knight No. 6 was trippy in a good way, especially the contrasting art styles.

Poe Dameron No. 6 made me dig that brave little droid even more.

Revival No. 42 reveal a key mystery.

Silk No. 12 had a talking dragon named David… NUFF SED.

Skybourne No. 1 was a visual thrill ride.

Spidey No. 10 ties Phil Coulson to Pete’s youth.

Squadron Supreme No. 11 brings us closer to the return of the aquatic jerk.

Supergirl No. 1 is one of the few times a SG book has my interest.

Superman No.6 finally ends the Eradicator arc.

Uncanny X-Men No. 12 restored the classical Hellfire Club.

Nah, Just Nah:

Daredevil No. 11 & Invincible Iron Man No. 13 were quite meh.
