Basketball Wives Meets Cartoon Wives

When you think of the wives in your favorite cartoon shows, who comes to mind?  Marge Simpson?  Jane Jetson?  What if they were all grouped together in their own “reality show”.

Twitter really is a great source of inspiration.  VH1 struck a gold mine when they created the Basketball Wives franchise.  As networks strive to find the next hit reality show(s), VH1 was able to spawn BBW into Basketball Wives LA and now Baseball Wives.  This franchise is showing no signs of stopping anytime soon.

First let me give props to @TurnerTheGreat for prompting the debate on who has the qualifications to be on the “Cartoon Wives”.  So lets see who makes the cut:

Wilma and Betty (The Flintstones)

The OG’s of the Cartoon Wives world.  They may be prehistoric as far as age goes, compared to the other women on this list.  But that doesn’t mean they can’t bring the drama.  I envision Wilma and Betty being the dominating duo that sticks together to cause havoc among the other wives.  If these women can put up with Fred and Barney, they can handle anything some feisty bitches have in store for them.

Marge Simpson

Homer Simpson’s blue-haired vixen.  She holds the record for being on the longest-running animated series by a large margin.  And she hasn’t aged a bit.  Go figure.  I see Marge being trying to be friendly with the other women on the show.  Playing neutral and staying out of conflicts.  If a woman tries to start a fight with Marge, she can always call on her sisters, Patty and Selma for backup.

Peggy Hill

Peggy Hill may seem uptight and reserved.  Yet I sense she wants to unleash her inner cougar.  Too much alone time with Barney Rubble and watch out.  She’ll snatch your man dawg!  Respect the “Age ain’t nothing but a number” motto.

Jessica Rabbit

A Cartoon Wives show would not be complete without a non-married, attractive troublemaker.  Even though Jessica claims she was only “drawn that way”, she still meets the requirements.  The only question is how many fights she starts/gets involved in.  Maybe even a sex tape?  Everything is in play when Jessica Rabbit is involved.
