Pawel Wolak Gets Eye Swollen In ESPN2 Friday Night Fights

I normally do not pay any attention to boxing.  However, once people on twitter started screaming to turn the TV to ESPN2, I had to see what the fuss was about.  Once I did, I was presented with this image below:

DDDDAAAAMMMMNNNN!!!!!!  Yep that’s pretty much my reaction.  After seeing a small island form on the side of his right eye, you’d think the fight would be over.  But you would be wrong my friend.

The fight between Pawel Wolak and Delvin Rodriguez ended in a draw.  Give credit to Wolack, he didn’t let his swollen eye stop him.  He fought to the bitter end.  Hopefully it won’t be the end for his right eye….

Quick update – I’m hearing online that Wolak suffered a cracked orbital bone.  How do you even attempt to go to sleep with that thing growing on the side of your head is what I want to know?
