Image of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman from The Dark Knight Rises

The official website for the next Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises released an image of Anne Hathaway riding what appears to be a similar-style motorbike to the one Batman rides out on at the ending of The Dark Knight.  Anne Hathaway plays Selina Kyle/Catwoman.

It appears Hathaway is wearing a leather jumpsuit, along with a black visor over her eyes.  I wonder if the motorbike is the same one Batman uses, which immediately makes me wonder how does Catwoman get in possession of it?  Since she is a thief perhaps she simply steals it from Batman.
